The newspaper Delovoy Peterburg started in 1993 with a budget of $2,000 per month and 11 employees. Today the newspaper is the leader on the St. Petersburg media market.
The papers model is unique for the
Russian market: 20 700 subscribers, with a total print run of 24,500 issues
daily. In other words paid subscriptions make up 85% of all
issues.

Sweden and Borsen in Denmark, the Group also publishes daily papers in St.

Lithuania (Verslo Zinios), Poland (Puls Biznesu), Slovenia (Finance), Bulgaria
(Pari) and a weekly issue in Croatia (business.hr).
Delovoy Peterburg has
its own courier service, established in 2000. This service delivers Delovoy
Peterburg and also serves outside clients by making direct-mailings using

data from Ekro research firm, a total of 72% of the newspapers readers used
advertising from the paper for their business, while about 45% of all readers
used ads from the paper for their own personal needs. Each second reader of the
paper is a potential consumer of goods and services advertised in the
paper.
l A new newspaper, named Delovaya Gazeta. South, was published
for the first time on May 22, 2007, after pilot issues on March 5 and April 25.
The paper recently celebrated its one-year anniversary. The paper features
business news about the Krasnodar Region of Russia. Delovaya Gazeta. South has
a print run of 5000 issues.
