<BR>Local company Parus-TV, which received a broadcasting licence just this year, is to start broadcasting the new state television channel 'Culture,' using some of the time slots on it's forty-ninth channel. The channel will be divided into blocks such as news, children's and family, as well as 'Culture,' until the state channel starts broadcasting on it's own wavelength, for which it already has already been granted a licence.
