The government committee on financial policy has announced a tender, whose main criteria is an independent capital volume of at least 500m new roubles, for servicing customs accounts.
<BR>The government committee on financial policy has announced a tender, whose main criteria is an independent capital volume of at least 500m new roubles, for servicing customs accounts. <BR>Presently all the accounts of the 19 North-West region customs services are held by BaltONEXIM Bank. <BR>No one bank will be able to serve more than two customs services, or four services in the Central region.<BR>On 1 March 1998, 33 Russian Banks had sufficient capital to enter the tender, 19 of which have branches in St Petersburg.
