City wholesalers belonging to the Commerce Club have put together a list of unreliable client shops and small retail outlets guilty of violating payment deadlines.
<BR>City wholesalers belonging to the Commerce Club have put together a list of unreliable client shops and small retail outlets guilty of violating payment deadlines.<BR>On 1 March the blacklist contained the names of 281 city companies and 17 from other Russian regions. The arbitration court is attempting to force some of the retailers on the list to pay debts, while others were blacklisted by the Commerce Club after 'unpleasantness' connected with payments.
