<BR>The 1998 federal budget bill in its present form makes provision to set aside 100 million rubles for the much needed reconstruction of Petersburg's metro line between Ploshchad Muzhestva and Lesnaya stations. According to State Duma deputy Galina Starovoitovaya, funds were successfully appropriated by using capital which, until recently, had been earmarked for financing construction of a commercial train station complex by the company VSM.
