<BR>The Russian government is ready to increase the GNP volume by 50-60 billion denominated rubles. The volume was factored into the 1998 budget at 2 trillion 750 billion denominated rubles. The deputy minister of finances Vladimir Petrov announced this at a meeting with journalists on Monday, having taken part in the work of a three-sided commission for additional 1998 budget work. It is expected that the 1997 totals of the GNP volume will surpass the amount that was factored into the 1997 budget which was 2 trillion 550 billion rubles (including the forthcoming denomination calculation) and will total from 2 trillion 600 billion rubles to 2 trillion 650 billion rubles (including the forthcoming denomination calculation).
