<BR>The City Building Committee has issued orders for the reconstruction and repair of Troitsky Bridge. According to the calculations of city administration, the bridge should be reconstructed over 5 years, 1999-2003. All project work and preparation will be completed by the end of 1998. Until summer of 1999 workers will be removing the tram rails and their corresponding overhead wires which run across the bridge.<BR>
