<BR>The Property Fund will hold an auction on October 9 to sell off properties that were seized by the Petersburg Division of the Federal Tax Police. Notices expressing desire to participate in the auction will be accepted until October 7. The property of Neftebaza Ruchy on Piskarevsky Prospect will be sold in 4 independent lots. The opening price (31,247,033 rubles including VAT) for the first lot was offered by the Vaganovo resort club. The second, third and fourth lots all come with production equipment (the opening prices including VAT are respectively, 2,679,880,000 rubles, 2,404,188,400 rubles and 2,560,961,457 rubles). Also up for sale is the Administrative building of Peterdvortsovy Chasavoy Zavod (the Peter Palace watch factory). The opening sale price is 12,588,000,000 rubles including VAT. The criteria for deciding the winner will be the maximum offered price. The auction will be cancelled if there will only be one bidder. The bidding will take place in a "closed" format which means that suggested prices will be offered in a sealed envelopes.<BR>
