Peterfood Waits For Xmas

<BR>The international food exhibition 'Peterfood' has been postponed from November 1998 to January 1999.<BR>Due to the crisis, organizers IMMS encountered problems recruiting exhibitors. Executive Director Vera Emikh explained that the Peterburgsky exhibitions hall, where Peterfood is traditionally held, could not accommodate the exhibition before January.<BR>At the end of September, IMMS signed an agreement with Crocus International, the Moscow office of US exhibitions operator Comtec International, sharing the work of preparing future exhibitions. The local company is to be responsible for exhibition programmes and advertising.
